Organize your routine
With summer wrapping up, I don’t know about you, but I am feeling like my routine is all out of whack! Usually at the end of summer everyone is talking about going back to school, but as someone who isn’t returning to school, nor has kids who will be, I am changing the narrative to thinking about routine in general! If you’re also feeling like it’s time to get back on track, here are a few of my favorite things to help get back into the swing of things.
Habit tracker
A habit tracker is a great tool to motivate yourself to stick to those changes you want to make in your day to day lifestyle. A few I will be implementing this month will be closing my rings on my Apple Watch every day and cooking at home at least 4x a week!
Tupperware
Meal prepping is a great way to stay track! I am really going to make the effort to prepare breakfast and lunch ahead of time, and this Tupperware set with the individual compartments will be the perfect addition.
Vitamin holder
When you’re on the go, the last thing you have time to do is take your vitamins. So why not bring them with you? I am always using this travel vitamin case, it’s the perfect size for every day use.
